Khallouf has worked in the wedding industry long enough to have seen it evolve into a saturated ground where brides have become overwhelmed with options.
The LK bride wants to resemble who she is yet still feel timeless. She’s a modern bride who isn’t confined to the norm or traditional bridal looks.
Lillian has found the perfect balance of craftsmanship and style. Her design aesthetic is refined and polished with a signature statement that’s set a tone for the LK bride.
During a one on one design session Lillian draws inspiration from the bride allowing her to express her needs, guiding her in the choice of silhouette, fabric and myriad details.
The couture process is unique to your style, figure and aesthetic. Lillian believes in trusting the creative process, meaning allowing the design to take form from fitting to fitting.
Whatever your vision is Lillian and the LK team will make it a reality that you will illuminate in.
LK BRIDAL PROCESS
Bridal wear is made in house at the LK Atelier in Sydney.
For bridal couture gowns a minimum of 6 months is required from deadline.
However, the LK bride isn’t a typically traditional bride seeking a conventional look. We offer a minimum of 3 months from deadline for bridal looks that consist of separates and tailored silhouettes.
To learn more we advise a one on one design session with Lillian to take place at the atelier, during which measurements are taken and a design is sketched.
Lillian loves working closely with her brides to reflect their personal style to suit the event. She will guide and assist in fabric selection, recommend the right silhouette and colour.
Once a design is sketched, measurements taken and fabrics, materials and colour selected- you will receive an immediate quote. The quote will also be emailed to you within 48hrs, quotes are valid subject to deadline.
To proceed, a deposit is required to confirm your order. The couture process requires anywhere between 3-5 fittings depending on the progress and myriad details of the gown. Deadlines are placed by the bride, therefore Lillian advises and works in a 12 week construction process. Starting with a toile made from calico followed by real fabric fittings. This ensures quality, fit and keeps the process fun and exciting.
